This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and IronMap ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of the IronMap mobile application ("App"), available on iOS and Android.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
IronMap offers optional Pro features available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Pro status is tied to the device on which the purchase was made. We do not currently support cross-device or cross-platform transfer of Pro status.
The App allows you to join communities, post updates, and share check-in data with other users. You are responsible for any content you share through community features.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Workout data and personal check-ins are stored locally on your device. Community data is synced to our servers only when you choose to join a community.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to community features if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, your local data remains on your device until you delete the App. Community data associated with your device ID will be removed from our servers.
We may update this Agreement as the App evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
